Field Note #5 The Living Expression

Last week's Field Note invited us into The Meeting Place—an embodied exploration of the relationship between the finite and the infinite.

As I continued sitting with that experience, another curiosity naturally emerged.

If we are not separate from the Infinite, then what are we?

Rather than searching for a conceptual answer, I invite you into an embodied contemplation.

Together we explore the possibility that life-force moving through form is the living expression of the Infinite.

Or perhaps...

Creativity is not something we possess, but something we are.

Not something reserved for artists or inventors, but the continual movement of life expressing itself through every unique living form.

Within this contemplation, another rhythm begins to reveal itself.

Receive.
Interpret.
Embody.
Express.
Offer.

Perhaps this is the natural movement of life itself.

The horse.

The jungle.

The creek.

Each expressing the Whole in its own unique way.

We are included in this living creativity.

As always, I invite you not simply to think about these ideas, but to gently try them on through your own direct experience.

Notice what resonates.

Notice what doesn't.

Notice what new questions arise.
