WHITE SHELL PRACTICE
Four Weeks Together

Come Play With Me in the Waters
Â
Welcome Into A Fluid Rhythm
Â
As you read this, you may wish to pause.
Perhaps allow a few flowing breaths and become curious about what wants your attention right now.
Maybe there is something calling you to explore more deeply.
A question.
A challenge.
A connection.
Perhaps there is a dream or something you have been wanting to bring forth.
Imagine entering more fully into this living moment.
Not as a single point between what has been and what will be, but as a place where many things can meet—where past experience and future possibility can be woven together, where different places and relationships can touch, and where assistance may come from somewhere you weren't expecting.
All through this moment that is you, that is here.
What might become possible if you brought what is calling you into this kind of exploration?
During our four weeks together, you can bring it into focus and give it your heart's awareness.
Â
Â
 Healing is already happening.
Â
Our bodies are continually balancing, adapting, renewing and reorganizing. Life is continually moving and responding.
What if we didn't begin from the idea that something is broken and needs to be fixed, or that something sick needs to become healed?
What if healing and transformation are part of a movement we are already participating in?
And what if healing itself is not as linear as we have imagined?
Within the living moment, many dimensions of our experience can be present at once. What we have lived, what we are experiencing now, what is moving within the body, our relationship with Nature, and even what may be drawing us forward can begin to meet.
Rather than following a single line toward healing, we can enter the living moment and listen for what is here.
An Approach to Our Exploration
Â
Over many years, I have developed an approach to exploration that begins by entering into relationship with what is here.
Rather than immediately trying to solve it, analyze it, make something happen, or find its cause, we explore.
We listen. We breathe. We open our senses. We expand our awareness. We ask for assistance. We notice what arrives.
Â
Even something we weren't looking for can reach us.
Â
The Living Doorways
I have deeply explored the tidal rhythms of breath and movement, the openness of our senses, our relationship with Nature, visioning and dreamstates, rhythms and natural light, the fluid nature of time, and what I call field awareness.
These are some of the doorways I will bring into our four weeks together.
The tidal rhythms of breath and movement
The openness of our senses
Nature and the living world
Visioning and dreamstates
Rhythm and natural light
The fluid nature of time
Â
I have much to share from my own experience with each of them.
And still, I approach these doorways as teachers themselves.
Through guided meditation, embodied awareness, breath, conversation and exploration, we will enter them together—sometimes following one deeply, sometimes discovering how several begin to meet.
I will bring what I know, while leaving space for what wants to reveal itself in the moment.

Â
The Practice Is the Playful Exploration
Â
There isn't a single place we are trying to arrive.
As we enter into exploration, something may reveal itself differently for each of us.
A new relationship.
A different way of seeing.
A reorganization.
Something that had seemed separate returning to relationship.
And what reveals itself can become part of the healing movement itself.
Like diving into an ever-pulsing ocean, there is always more to discover.
Perhaps this is part of what it means to participate consciously with the healing rhythm that we are.
Practicing Together
There is something that happens when we enter this kind of exploration together that cannot quite happen alone.
One person's question can open something in another. A perception is shared and another connection appears. Something moves through the group that none of us could have planned beforehand.
This is one of the things I love most.
Our weekend gatherings are not simply a place to talk about what we practiced during the week.
The gathering itself is part of the practice.
I will guide us into meditation, body awareness, breath, sensory exploration and other doorways as they become relevant. I will share from the territories I have explored, and there will be space for your questions, discoveries and experiences—and for us to follow what emerges together.
We will keep our group small—just 12 people—so there is space for me to connect with each person and for us to truly practice together.
Â
How the Four Weeks FlowÂ
Â
WATCH
Each week, I will share a recorded video for you to watch in your own time.
These recordings will introduce an exploration for the week and offer ways of entering it through your own experience.
EXPLORE
During the week, I will offer suggestions for personal practice and inquiry.
This may include contemplation, natural breath, sensory awareness, Nature connection, embodied awareness, simple movement or other ways of exploring what we are working with.
These aren't assignments or homework.
They are ways of allowing the practice to enter ordinary life.
GATHER
At the end of each week, on Sundays, we will meet online for approximately 1½–2 hours.
We will practice together, listen, share, explore questions and follow what is emerging within the group.
Â
Live gatherings are recorded and available for replay.
All recordings and practice materials will remain available to our group for three months after our four weeks together. (After that time, the practice materials may be published, but the private meetings will not be saved.)
