The Living Moment — Our Unique Expression of the Divine

Something beautiful has been opening for me over these past months.

So many threads of my life's explorations are coming together — the body, natural breath, the waters, the living moment, and the unique ways each of us receives and expresses life.

I sat down recently to share some of what I've been seeing and experiencing.

In this video, I explore our individuality within the Divine, the geometry of light that is unique to each of us, and how coming into the living moment through the body allows us to receive and express what is ours to bring forth.

There is so much more to explore, and I have a feeling these conversations will continue unfolding.
